My wintering-over Bluebirds enjoy mealworms, so when I saw this special mealworm cake, I thought that they would like it. It’s like a regular suet cake, but composed of just mealworms and sunflower chips held together in a gelatin. I don’t know how it would fare during the summer, but the cold, often freezing, winter temps suit it very well, and the Bluebirds love it.
