Description

For me, getting a good photo of a Carolina Chickadee is quite a challenge. They fly to a feeder; grab a seed; fly away. Even when they stay at a feeder for a while they are always hopping, pecking, or moving in some way, so that trying to capture an image without motion-blur and in focus is tough. So I spent most of one entire day staked out near a feeder, dedicated to getting acceptable shots of chickadees either coming to the feeder or going away from it. I won’t even tell you how many photos I took in order to get this small grouping.
