I put a couple peanuts on top of a stump, and waited to see if there would be any takers. The only bird that was interested enough to come take a look was this young Carolina Wren…he came; he ignored the peanuts; he flew away! After I got tired of waiting, I went away also. Later the peanuts were gone…I suspect the titmice!
Warblers, Waxwings, Wrens & Kinglets
Peanuts were not to this Carolina Wren's taste.
