I have been collecting images of birds at my feeders this year. This one of a Carolina Wren is one of my favorites. These birds (a pair of them) have been around my home for years, all year long. They build nests very quickly in all sorts of places. In this image I have capture the bird sitting on a natural tree branch which is held in place next to one of my feeders that holds sunflower seeds and suet. It happened during a snow storm so you can see the snow falling around the bird. Nikon D750/Nikkor 200-500mm @ 500mm/1/1600 sec/f5.6?ISO 640/EC +0.3
