This wren spent minutes going all around the feeder, checking it out, seemingly looking for that one ideal peanut to eat. He finally settled on a nut at the very bottom of the feeder. To you and me, all the peanuts look the same…the Carolina Wren was obviously a connoisseur and knew one nut from another!
