This baby mockingbird got confused. She thought that all bird feeders are for all birds. (Mockingbirds don’t eat birdseed!) I half-fill this feeder with the “cheapest seed known to man” to save seed and money. It all gets eaten in a few hours by sparrows, finches, blackbirds, cardinals, and sometimes a chickadee (and now a mockingbird!)
