Description

When the mixed flock of Pine Siskins, American Goldfinches, and Common Redpolls suddenly disappeared, we checked our northcentral Wisconsin back yard. A Cooper’s Hawk in the birch tree explained the flock’s quick departure.

This bird frequent visitor to my front tree. All birds disappear when he is around. I have a Two hanging feeders outside my living room window. He sits on top and watches. He’s amazing. Cooper hawk.
