Spotted an unusual member of visiting cowbird flock. What would cause all the white markings?

Travelling with brown headed cowbirds. Lots of white on breast , wings and tail.
I see same in my yard. Did you determine what it is, with the white? I dont see any pics of this in bird books.
Hello all, This bird has a form of leucism or albinism, which are conditions that cause abnormalities in the deposition of pigment in feathers. You can learn more about color variants here.
