Once the snowstorm was done, I had the path shoveled out to the back yard and further away from the house, to prevent a flock of doves from window collision. It was there I found a rare sighting of this Meadowlark finding millet with a couple of doves and some juncos. I didn’t have time to go sneaking outside to take pictures but took a couple through the window. And then, it was gone. Just like that.
