Description

It’s always fun to observe a species that is new or rarely comes to our feeder sitei.e. Towhee and Blubird.
This is the first year that we have so many Pine Siskin. For one of the FeederWatch days I counted 51 and that did not include the siskins in our tree or feeding on our window ledge.
In the past we’ve had maybe one or two. I am loving this year…in awe!

In the Missouri area is anyone else experiencing the enormous increase this year?
Thanks as am curious if it’s because we are so close to the Missouri River and MO/MISS confluence?
