Description

We have a pair of Great Horned Owls who hunt our lakefront property. Usually, we see them very early morning, dusk or during the night on our cameras. Imagine our surprise when this photo was captured. The ducks were sitting on the grass and the owl must have approached from the rear. You can see the Mallard being carried away by the owl. Look closely and you can see 3 other Mallards starting to fly.
