Description

Out the kitchen window, approximately 9 feet above the ground. The birdhouse was a gift to my late mil many years ago. She hung it in her front yard cherry tree, across the street from the lake. She had heard a rumor that brighly painted houses didn’t attract birds. Yet barn swallows took up residence for a few years before her death. This is the first family we’ve had since hanging it in 2008.

House Hunters Nuthatch

But is it "in budget"?
