This intergrade Northern Flicker visited our yard (feeders and water) for about a week in late November. Photos were taken on Nov 30, 2019 by me (modest point-and-shoot camera). For a time it loosely associated with two Red-shafted N Flickers. Not the first year we’ve had an intergrade, but first time we got photos.
