That’s a neat find. I have one too that I named ring neck. It’s a Dark Eyed Junco with a white band around it’s shoulders. It has been showing up daily at the feeder for the past 6 months.
This looks like our buddy “Speck”. He spends his winters here on the Olympic Peninsula in western Washington, and just left a couple of days ago for his summer home up north!
