Description

during a feeder watch session this bird showed up. I first thought sharp shinned but with consultation with others in my birding club, I changed the ID to Coopers. This is based on the nap and head color, the size (I compared to shots of other birds landing in the same area), the large belly, the lack of a superciliary white stripe (there might be one??), the legs look thin and this aspect made it difficult to change from sharpie to coopers. I would appreciate some feedback from other experts, please and thank you.
