Description

I spotted this fellow in a poplar tree, but he was a little too far away for a good shot. So, I set up near my suet feeder in hopes that he would visit it. Luckily, in a while he did come to the feeder, and I was there, ready to get the close-up photo. I keep hoping to someday photograph a female Sapsucker, but so far I haven’t even seen one around my yard.
