Description

Everybody (myself included) enjoy birds in flight.
That being said, for me personally raptors and waterfowl
in flight have always captured my imagination and
attention. Recently, near a small pond in
Central KY, this pair came whizzing through without
stopping in. Being they announced themselves early
enough, I was able to capture several shots as they
passed close by. Mallards always just seem, ‘happy’
and this pair is no exception. And then there are those
wonderful breeding colors!
