Description

I took a drive in the country looking for anything worth photographing. It wasn’t a very fruitful trip until I had turned around to drive back home. What I thought might be a Meadowlark was near the side of the road pecking away in a field. While I was watching it, another one flew up onto this post. I was definitely in the right place at the right time. After looking through several books, I believe this is a Lilian’s variety of Eastern Meadowlark. Any comments?
