I was looking at the feeder this morning and noticed this unusual bird. Is it a Peregrine? It looks like he has made this a new perching spot as I looked again at 2:00 pm and he was there again.

Predatory birds

Peregrine Falcon?

Looks to be an immature Coopers Hawk.
Falcons, to me, always look like they are “Crying” dark-colored tears.

Thanks AJ, I’ll check out photo’s of coopers hawks. I haven’t seen any small birds at my feeder since.
