Description

Even if seeds were available, the Pine Grosbeaks seemed to prefer the seeds of the Japenese lilac tree..
But after a few days,, they eventually got around to the feeders.
What was odd, however, is the fact that one day would be an all males, and the next day all females and juvéniles..

Great catch.??

Indeed.. they are.. Aleene..
And they are really quite interesting feeders.. They ate fruits from the Alpina Pendulina,
and seeds from the Japenese Lilac tree, and even some local dried cranberries and
well.. we will save the best for later..
Thanks alot for your feedback,, the birds love you for it..
