Sweet little bird enjoying our bird bath in Williams Lake.
Not sure if he is a Pine Siskin.

Pine Siskin?

Wow, a new one on me. Looks like a Pine Siskin, and I guess it could be one, with just a heck of a lot more yellow than usual.

Holly Faulkner, Project Assistant says:

Nice bird! This is indeed a Pine Siskin. It looks like it may be a “green morph” individual, which has more intense yellow/green and less streaking below. This morph is fairly uncommon – great that you caught it on camera!

Joan E. Wiitanen says:

We get many Pine Siskins and they only have a little yellow stripes on the wing bars so not sure this is one. More of some kind of fledgling warbler perhaps? Hmm
