Description

I see red-breasted sapsuckers occasionally, but have yet to see one at our feeders. This one came worked up the nerve to alight in a tree very close to the feeders — and the house — because a hairy woodpecker was having so much fun with the suet. I am hoping this is the beginning of many visits and greater courage!
