I have been submitting Feeder Watch data weekly since November. For the past three days a Sharp-shinned Hawk has been preying on the finches that frequent my backyard feeder. Today, January 13, 2021 is my scheduled Feeder Watch day, but I am taking down my backyard feeder to discourage the Sharp-shinned and hope the Sharp-shinned Hawk will move on.
