Description

A Swamp Sparrow appeared in my yard feeding on the birdseed mix on the ground. It’s been here at least a week (it took me a while to realize it’s not one of the regular sparrows). There’s a marsh and a cranberry bog nearby so the sparrow may have flown up to my yard when food was buried in snow in its usual habitat.
