Got close enough to take this picture of a juvenile red tail hawk that has been hunting my yard for the last two weeks. Beautiful bird but he got one of the Red Belly wood Peckers last week.

Unfortunately this juvenile Red Tail hawk has been hunting my feeders for the last two weeks. Today six very large crows showed up to chase him away.
This is a juvenile Cooper’s Hawk. They commonly eat feeder birds.
