Description

We have had a Scrub Jay family come for peanuts for more than 10 years. Now, we have a crow family come when they are in the vicinity and see the jays getting peanuts. The crows will sit on a dead branch of the apricot tree and the jay/jays will sit in the apricot tree. This can last for quite a long time. If the crows leave, the jays will come in to get the peanuts, although sometime the crows are close by and will beat the jay to the peanuts. (In this picture the jay in further away in a pyracantha tree.)
