This season has been another banner year for Townsend’s Warblers in our yard, as well as Yellow-rumped Warblers and Ruby-crowned Kinglets, which share the suet feeders and grape jelly.

Loved this head-on photo of the Townsend’s Warbler. I especially enjoy seeing good photos of birds that never visit my backyard.
Excellent Head-On shot – to me, it equals those amazingly patterned Birds of Paradise. Looking at it, I’m not sure where the eyes really are!
