Description

I went across the street after dark to listen for peepers and I saw what at first I thought were squirrel nests in the oaks. Then I realized the “nests” were actually turkeys roosting high in the branches. I often see the turkeys fly off to roost in the late afternoon but I’d never seen where they ended up.
