You have a common grackle w/ leucism. I’ve seen this in grackles, cardinals & a few other species around here. It can happen in areas of damage, and feathers grow in white. I have seen the feathers come in normally (in color) w/ next molt but I don’t know the physiological mechanism. Hope this helps.
