I’ve seen this sparrow like bird a few times. It seems to be all white. Not sure if it is a sparrow or a different soecues

Hello, The shape and size seem to suggest a Finch of some sort(?) but we need someone familiar with your local birds to comment on that. The light color could be Leucism or Albinism as described in the “Unusual Birds” section of this website. Thanks for sharing this photo.
