Hello, The shape and size seem to suggest a Finch of some sort(?) but we need someone familiar with your local birds to comment on that. The light color could be Leucism or Albinism as described in the “Unusual Birds” section of this website. Thanks for sharing this photo.

I saw a white Sparrow or finch I Springfield MA this morning. Could you identify it for me.
