Great capture! I believe it is a House Wren. Winter Wrens are smaller, the tail is almost always cocked and they stay close to the ground. They are also in our area during the cooler months and not when the vegetation is that green.
Thank you, I did know this was a House Wren, just an error on my part when I submitted it. Hopefully CLO can fix.
