I have never had a Yellow-rump hang around for weeks before this.
Warblers, Waxwings, Wrens & Kinglets

Try putting out peanut butter or spreadable suet, I do that, and I have around 10 yellow-rumps, 15 Pine Warblers, and 1 or 2 Orange-crowns.
