Participant Photo: American Crow
I decided to add this photo simply because of the rarity of the shot for me. I have a big meadow in front of my house—not a part of my FeederWatch area—and I see plenty of crows out there. But this was only the second time in ten years that a crow has ever visited my backyard, so I wanted to record the event. This one and another crow came in and had a great time on this rainy day scarfing up the seed that I scatter in the yard for birds like the Juncos and Morning Doves.
