Additional images:
Over a period of about two hours on January 16th 2021, 14 species and 39 birds came to our back yard feeder watch location. The Cooper’s hawk was a new visitor landing on a branch about 6-7 feet above the three feeders. The birds scattered to safety but they are more alert to motion now as the cooper’s hawk and a merlin have been in the area since.
