Participant Photo: blue jay, rare here
In 20 years of watching feeder birds here (southwest corner of Colorado) this is the first time we’ve seen a blue jay. The sighting map https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Blue_Jay/maps-sightings does not show them in this area.
I just started feeder watch, but this is not our day, so I can’t report it that way.
