A Carolina Chickadee pair chose to raise their young in our nest box this year! The female Chickadee laid 6 eggs and is now incubating them. Just a couple more days until those baby Chickadees hatch!

We have chickadees nesting in our yard too! It is my first time acting as a landlord, and I am very excited to see how many eggs the female lays! she has laid 3 so far, and there will likely be a 4th tomorrow.
