For some weeks we’ve had a fox emptying our bird feeder at night. Since we only have 3 birds coming to the feeder (2 Black-capped Chickadees and a Boreal Chickadee) they don’t go through much seed. So we have been just scattering some shelled sunflower seeds on the platform each morning and not filling the hopper. Today the culprit finally showed up during the day to make a raid during a snow storm.
