Participant Photo: Eurasian Collared-Dove With No Collar??

I believe this might be a leucistic collared dove. Rather than the normal peach-ish tan with brown wings, this dove is completely pearly off-white with no collar. I have never seen a juvenile this late and this dove’s eyes are red while a juvenile’s would have been duller.
