Participant Photo: Feeder interaction
Goldfinch unsuccessfully attempting to chase off Nuthatch. After a squabble, both birds retreated to opposite sides of the feeder. Male House Finch was not bothered by the ruckus. His eye is fine, just looks odd because of the shadow. Feeder contained black oil sunflower and peanut splits.
