Participant Photo: Grosbeak and dove feeder competition
The grosbeak keep coming to the feeder while this dove would try to chase it away. The grosbeak made several trips to the feeder despite the dove.

Doves are most certainly NOT the peace doves that people think they are! My Mourning Doves fight all the time at my feeders.
