I get very few visits to my feeders by Rose-breasted Grosbeaks during their southern migration in the Fall, so it was a treat to see them this October.

Thanks for such great pictures! We have one of these right now 10/2/2020 in Durham NC, and I had never seen one before. Now I can show people exactly what we saw!
This is a mature male in his duller Fall plumage. Note the absence of any brown flight feathers.
