Nice photo! I’m not 100% certain, but I’m pretty sure that’s a female House Sparrow. Check All ABout Birds and look up the House Finch vs House Sparrow. The color and pattern of their feathers are distinct, and very different from one another. That faint almost pink looking eye stripe is a good field mark for the sparrow, as are the bold patterns on the wings.
