Interesting series of events. Placed this box up a month ago and a pair of Carolina wrens who had wintered in Maine checked it out but decide to build elsewhere. Yesterday, a pair of House wrens started bring in large sticks, some longer then they were, started building a nest. Here one of the pair tires to maneuver a stick into the oversize hole.
