Noted a flash of blue in the back yard and grabbed my camera to get a few frames of the Indigo Bunting feeding on the ground. Have not seen a Bunting in over 10 years. Great experience.

After a few attempts at identifying, I realised that this brand new blue visitor was an Indigo Bunting. He has now come twice to the feeder in the past two days. I live in Garrison, NY and it is the first time this little beauty has ever visited ; exciting!
