Participant Photo: Leucistic Goldfinch

Since moving to the Spokane River in June of this year, we have identified over 50 species of birds. That includes the birds passing on or over the river. Though I didn’t get a picture, the American Bald Eagle that landed at the river’s edge of our property was exciting. But catching this unusual leucistic finch has been the hit so far.
