I have seen one here only twice in Yarmouth, ME last year & this year (2020, 2021), but cannot get a good photo, so I’m glad to see yours.

I saw one on a wooden bridge in the woods in mid February 2024 at Horn Pond, Woburn MA.
Pure white. It hopped along the handrail directly towards me to check if I had any food. I didn’t. When it was right up to my gloved hand, I turned my hand over to show that I had no food, it looked in, saw no food, and hopped away. The most extraordinary experience of my birding life.
