Participant Photo: Male Eastern Bluebird

A male and female eastern bluebird have been checking out our yard looking for a place to nest. They were attracted to our patio door and kept landing on the window frame and looking into the house. The window has reflective stickers on it so that birds won’t fly into it, and we also moved a chair directly in front of the glass so they wouldn’t hit it. The birds seemed to recognize the glass was there, but they were fascinated with looking inside and landed there repeatedly.
