Great closeup! My understanding, though, is that this is a female Pileated Woodpecker. Although they look similar, you can identify the male by the red mustache, instead of black in the female, and the red on the male’s head goes all the way to the beak, rather then only to the middle of the forehead as shown in your photo. Good shot!
