Participant Photo: My Beautiful Bluebirds

I have two beautiful bluebirds (male/female) who have made a nice nest inside one of my nestboxes in my yard. I love watching them build their nest, tend to the 4 eggs and we are now waiting for them to hatch! Will update with more photos once the eggs hatch and feeding time increases! Love these gorgeous fine feathered friends!
NOTE: I “talk” to the bluebirds when I take the mealworms out to them~therefore letting them associate me with “food”. They have trusted me enough for the female to actually take the meal worms out of my fingers through the hole in the nestbox! Sweet!!
